So, we’re supposed to do 150 minutes of exercise a week and at the minute…well I maybe manage that in a month?! I’m going to be doing a LOT of sitting around this month, driving to and from uni and sitting around in lectures, so it’d be really easy to let exercise disappear completely. Since one of my goals for October is to start eating more healthily and lose a little bit of weight, it makes sense to me to try and get a little healthier terms of activity too, so I’ll be joining in with #BookBlogWalkers for the first time.
My target is really simple: 650 minutes of walking (or any other activity but probably walking)
Why 650? Well 150 minutes a week, x 4weeks….plus a bit because there’s slightly more than 4 weeks in October
[Also because I don’t know where the heck my pedometer is so minutes are a lot easier to track!]
To save from adding an extra post every week, I’ll probably just add my progress into my weekly recaps & then my monthly wrap-up, but I wanted to have a commitment post!
