Goals, Monday plans

Monday plans (#4)

Plan for last week:

I ended up putting off Insurgent because I own it, and felt I should make some serious progress with my library books instead – the same story this week. I’ve got a tonne of reservations so Insurgent will be read only if I make some decent library progress.

Plan for this week:

Blog & Personal

Plan for last week:

  • Start 30 Days of Books? – I still haven’t quite decided on this – I think this week I’ll give it a go, filling in a bunch of the questions just one day a week maybe? I don’t want to clog up the page with too many of these because I know some people don’t like them, but at the same time I don’t want essay long posts either.  Suggestions?

Plan for this week:

  • Complete the Daring Cooks challenge for the month, ready for posting mid-month.
  • Get more organised! Figure out a more structured approach to what gets posted when – I’ve recently lapsed into just posting what I feel like at the time leaving some categories abandoned and the blog bare rather than rounded!

– The book links included here go to Amazon – yes this DOES mean that if you choose to purchase the book through that link, I may make a small percentage of the sale.
– This in no way increases the price of the book to you, and every book included here is one I personally have read/plan to read.  I have chosen to include Amazon links not only for monetizing purposes but also because Amazon is where I buy my books – they’re cheaper than competitors, include free delivery and offer student discount.

What are you reading? What are your plans for the week?

If you’d be interested in posting your reading plans for the week, write a post or comment, head on over to Book Journey’s page and submit your link.  For every 10 posts you read/comments you make you get one entry into her giveaway.

  1. Hi,
I am new this week to the Monday reading plans. I did write a blog post here.

Thanks for sharing! The readers in this group are reading so voluminously! I think of myself as a slow reader, but rubbing elbows with other readers is helping me speed it up!

    Thanks for your good post!

  2. Faith,
I am so impressed with the speed at which you and others in this reading meme are reading! This is my first week, and I have written a post here.

I hope by rubbing elbows with you and others that I will speed up my reading!

P.S. I hope you don’t get two comments from me. If so, please go ahead and delete one! Thanks!

  3. I’ve made library books my top priority too!
