The Weekly Recap (#48)

This week on the blog

No new books for me this week!

Total spend: £0

My Week

This week was my final full week of lectures, and I’m officially on dissertation time from now until September.  It means I’ll still be busy, but there shouldn’t be too many deadlines, and I won’t be driving for 15 hours or so a week which will be nice!

I haven’t got much reading done this week, just a little of Conspiracy of Blood and Smoke, and I’ve just been relaxing in the evenings really.  We’ve had two barbecues, a lunch out with Matt and spent some time catching up on TV. We’re now up to date on Once Upon a Time, we’re only one episode behind on Agents of SHIELD and we’ve also been watching the election debates etc.  This afternoon we’re chilling out and watching Avengers again in preparation for seeing Age of Ultron on Thursday, which I’m excited about!

Finished: Leaving Time (TBR), We Were Liars (TBR)

Current: King of Thorns (TBR), Conspiracy of Blood and Smoke (Review copy)

  1. Well, it’s good that you’ll finally NOT have to worry about as many deadlines or all that commuting for awhile at least! Best of luck on your dissertation^^ Mmmm barbecues, I’m excited that it’s finally bbq weather around here too – after the long Winter we got, I could do with some nice warm weather activities. And those that include food are the best 😀 I actually just started OUaT recently but I’m only around halfway in season 2. Have a wonderful week Faith! xx
