Monthly recap

February Wrap-Up

February has been a pretty good month, although I didn’t achieve as much as I would have liked. I carried on with C25K and have made it further than I ever have before – even past the dreaded week 5 day 3!  I went out for dinner with friends a few times, spent some time with my family and started watching Arrow – I’m enjoying it but I’m not sure I’m totally hooked.  I had a real mixture of books this month, but Orphan X and my Game of Thrones re-reads were definitely my favourites!  I’m 7 books ahead on my GR challenge, so debating upping it, but I’m loving the fact that the lower goal means I feel less anxious about picking up huge books (like Game of Thrones) so I’m not sure yet.

Watching & Gaming

This month I watched Spotlight which I thought was great, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children which I really enjoyed, Inferno which I wasn’t at all impressed with and The Lego Batman movie which was great fun, very funny.

I haven’t really played any games this month. I played Rise of the Tomb Raider for about an hour, but that’s it!

  1. I’m curious to see if you’ll become hooked on Arrow. My bf got hooked straight away but it took me a little longer… I definitely enjoyed Inferno more than you did it seems though it definitely was my least favorite instalment in the series. I really want to see Lego Batman though and I’m hoping to see it next week 🙂
